A foundation does not mean respect to the founder if the social, health, spiritual and economical structure of the government does not work according to the population needs. A change must be done within the capabilities of the State to adapt its trade and basic goods with countries that have no debt with the monetary slavery orderliness but with its own people. If is not done a society can never achieve development, because the deficiencies are in the base itself.
